Yoga is the need of the hour to help children focus their abundance of energy in a meaningful manner.  Yoga for Children is intense, engaging and most importantly, fun!  Attention spans, self-worth and basic self-esteem and social interactions have all taken a hit in recent times.  Yoga helps children align with themselves and gain composure and self-confidence.
