Welcome to Kula House of Yoga!

At Kula, we strive to foster an environment of inclusivity, gentleness and discipline. The regular practice of yoga brings about an all-encompassing change in an individual’s attitude towards physical and emotional health, eventually leading one towards existential inquiry. Along with improved mobility, stability, strength, flexibility and stamina, yoga helps shed inhibitions, emotional blocks and layers of toxic build-up, allowing one to revel in calmness and security centred on oneself. 


Each individual’s journey for self-empowerment is nurtured through individualised care. The practices are based on Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga techniques complete with asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and mantra. At Kula, emphasis is placed on physical as well as emotional healing, finding joy in practice and discovering connection and love towards oneself at all times.
