Gentle Yoga

Drawing from the Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, the Gentle yoga class is perfect for those who have trouble sitting on the floor for long periods of time or sitting down at all.  Anyone with chronic pain, joint mobility issues and general stiffness will learn how to gently work with the body, not against it, never forcing, but approaching the body with love and care using traditional yogic methods to bring life to neglected parts of ourselves.

Classes will be catered to the individuals attending and practices will be modified to accommodate various personas.
