Gentle yoga is for those who want a soothing, calming practice which requires holding of postures for a length of time with supports such as cushions, yoga blocks and straps. All practices will be modified to suit those who are unable to sit on the floor and are restricted to the chair. Gentle yoga focuses on breathing, emotional release and simple, easy-to-do movements that help increase mobility and flexibility. People of all ages are welcome.
