One-to-one sessions are designed to address individual needs and concerns with a customized, progressive plan that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual and dietary conditions of an individual. Emphasis is placed on taking the individual from a state of unrest to rest during each session. Techniques are modified and props are used to suit a person’s capability. One-to-one sessions require the participant’s commitment for the full duration of the program.
