We are excited to bring to you regular online classes which will be live, interactive and engaging! At Kula, the practice is catered towards bringing out the individual's potential while keeping up with the pace of the group. This is a beginner to intermediate level class which focuses on simple asana and breathing practices with effective sequencing. The methodology of the practice draws upon Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions. Props such as a yoga belt, blocks, chair and blankets will be used.
