We are excited to be offering a range of classes! ​

1. Multi-style Therapeutic Yoga
​
Drawing from the Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, multi-style yoga is a gentle but invigorating practice with an emphasis on opening the body, drawing the breath from deep within, developing more subtle awareness and enlivening to the present. Props will be used to assist as well as deepen the practice. Classes will be catered to the individuals attending and practices will be modified to accommodate various personas.

This class can be attended both offline or online.

When: Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30 PM PST, starting April 15
​

​2. Online Yoga
The practice will combine Hatha and Ashtanga styles along with props such as blocks, straps and the wall for added benefit and modification. The pace of the class will start with gentle joint mobility practices, moving onto Surya Namaskar, followed by asana, pranayama and deep relaxation. There will be focus on breathing and awareness throughout the practice.​

These are general asana classes keeping in mind a reasonable fitness level. If you have mobility constraints such as not being able to sit on the floor or stand up from sitting, please consider one-one classes or forthcoming gentle yoga classes.
